Report Guide

We receive reports on any conduct that violates or has the potential to violate the Code of Ethics, such as employee's job-related irregularities(Fraud), damage to the company image, and damage to employee reputation. In this case, we will investigate the facts on the premise of thorough confidentiality of the identity of the informant, and the contents of the report, so as not to receive any disadvantages due to the report.

1. Scope of report

We receive reports on violations of the company's Code of Ethics.

Business-related money and goods, treat/entertainment, and convenience
Interference with fair performance of duties due to mediation, solicitation, etc.
Acceptance of unfair profits, breach of trust, embezzlement, etc. using position.
Other acts that violate NEXEN TIRE's Code of Ethics, etc.

2. How to report

You can choose a method that is convenient for the informant to report.
The details of the report should be described in detail according to the five W's and one H, and if you have relevant evidence, please attach it together.
