Informant Protection Program

In accordance with Article 15 of the Rules for operation of the Code of Ethics, we operate the informant protection program so that informants can report with confidence from any disadvantages or unfair treatment.

1. Principle of protection.

The identity of the informant, the details of the report, and the result of processing are kept strictly confidential so that they are not disclosed against the will of the informant.
There is no disadvantage or discrimination in status for legitimate reports.

2. How to report

The reporting system is operated under a safe security system, and the department in charge of ethics management will take actionable measures to prevent any disadvantages due to reporting.
If the informant is a party involved in a violation of the Code of Ethics or illegal acts, the liability may be reduced.
After reviewing the report, we will investigate according to NEXEN TIRE's procedures and regulations.
