Hence, such measures are established for the safe import and export method of NEXEN TIRE Co., Ltd.
To realize this, all employees shall exert utmost efforts aiming at the effective implementation of the management plan and achievement of the goal as set for the safe import and export objectives. Thus, the Import/Export Safety Management System of the company secured a system that satisfies the AEO of Korea Customs Service and in this extent, the company’s CEO declares the safe supply of the products that satisfy the customers and that comply with the legal regulations on import/export and customs based on product stability, reliability, and accumulated technology. All the organizations and employees related to the Import/Export Safety Management System shall observe the following items.
- 1. Construction of the Import/Export Safety Management System and its continuous improvement
- 2. Compliance with the legal regulations related to the domestic and international Import/Export Safety Management System and other requirements
- 3. Security of transparency through the disclosure of the measures concerning import/export safety as well as other necessary information
CEO shall assume the general responsibility and authority over the management of human and physical resources for the smooth operation, consistent maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Import/Export Safety Management System, aiming at the manufacture activities of all products, while carefully selecting the general manager of AEO among the managers of the organizations to effectively secure the practice and maintenance of requirements concerning the Import/Export Safety Management System.
